Pay In 12 is a wallet that you can access at any time to pay for your everyday property expenses, including repair and maintenance costs, as well as land tax.
You can access a total of 50% of annual gross rental income via your wallet.

We ask you to provide the address of your property to ensure we provide funds for the right property.

We ask you for the name of the supplier on the invoice and the amount due so we can provide a loan for the amount you need to pay.

ListSure charges a flat fee of 12% that is repaid in 12 equal monthly instalments.
